poor service cold food
The architecture and room size were both Really good.
The service in the beach area WAS very poor. I waited between 30 to 55 minutes to have my food. The food was cold twice , and I never received an apology. The beach towels were old and broken.

The staff showed really good hospitality. They ensured a very pleasant stay. Ms Jamila was attentive. The accommodations provided a high level of comfort. Room service was really good, also the location near attractions enhanced the overall experience. I endorse this hotel.
The sun bed on the balcony had some dirty spots, and the couch in the room was also unclean.

My Arabian Beautiful King Room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning was efficient, maintaining a consistent temperature. Blackout curtains ensured complete darkness. A safe was present in the closet.

The hotel is near key attractions and makes sightseeing very convenient. There are multiple dine in options outside the hotel including Opa and Mood. The hotel provides easy access to shopping areas. I did find it easy to get around.

The gym offers treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts. A new spa section adds an extra layer of luxury. The hotel has amenities for families and kids, including life vests. THE swimming pool was very clean.

Ibtisam was kind and helpful. Her care and fast response to any request made a HUGE difference. Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile. I really liked the new spa section.

Breakfast offered MANY choices. The hotel has lovely meals at Opa and a beautiful Japanese restaurant. Room service was prompt and efficient. It provided a convenient way to dine. Quality food in EVERY restaurant!
